I've been coaching for over 14 years. I turned my personal athletic and weight loss journey into a mission to inspire and empower others.

From overcoming low self-esteem, depression, weight gain and unhealthy eating habits to embracing personal growth, I've experienced the power of change firsthand. 

Through balanced nutrition, I lost 44lbs in five months and continued to make progress without giving up my favorite foods. Today, I live an active life working out, playing volleyball, and running half marathons. 

My passion is to empower clients to lose weight, boost confidence, and find joy in life.

Through an integrative approach merging functional nutrition & fitness and positive psychology, I guide women to prioritize themselves, reconnect with their true selves, and create lives they love. Let's embark on this transformative journey together.
